UK Booking Terms and Conditions 

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION REQUEST WITH SPARTACUS BUBBLE SOCCER (“SBS”) (WHETHER BY EMAIL, TELEPHONE, ONLINE OR POST), THESE CONDITIONS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY YOU. 

General Overview 

Spartacus Bubble Soccer is a trading name of Spartacus Experience Limited. Our Terms and Conditions aim to protect both you and our company. These conditions govern your interaction with us and clarify our mutual obligations. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact us before making a booking. 

Definitions 

    ● “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Spartacus Bubble Soccer. 

    ● “You”, “Your”, “Party” includes all individuals named on the booking, including the Lead Booker and any later additions or substitutions. 

    ● “Arrangements” includes all services booked through us, including activities, events, transport, accommodation, meals, and related services. 

    ● “Lead Booker” / “Organiser” means the individual who makes and manages the booking on behalf of the group and acts as the main point of contact. 

    ● “Invitees” / “Guests” means individuals invited to participate by the Lead Booker.

    ● “Packages” include any combination of accommodation and other services. 

    ● “Activities” refer to standalone services without accommodation or transport. 

    ● “Event” means any arrangement provided by SBS including activities, staffing, packages, and event management. 

    ● “Client Area” / “My Events” means the online customer portal accessed via our website. 

    ● “Force Majeure” includes events beyond reasonable control such as extreme weather, natural disasters, terrorism, war, industrial disputes, government restrictions, or

supplier failure. 

    ● “In Writing” includes email, facsimile, or letter. 

Consent 

By accessing our website, contacting us, or making a booking, you consent to the use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Booking Process 

To secure a booking with SBS, a non-refundable deposit is required as specified at the time of booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of your party. 

A legally binding contract is formed once your booking is confirmed in writing by SBS. 

We assume all participants are aged 18 or over unless notified in writing within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to contest these terms within this timeframe constitutes full acceptance. 

Payment & Pricing Policy 

Payment Terms 

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£). 

    ● Deposits: 

All deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. 

    ● Balance Payments: 

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

    ● Late Bookings (within 28 days): 

Full payment is required immediately and is non-refundable. 

    ● Minimum Group Size: 

The minimum group size is 8 participants. If numbers fall below this, per-person

pricing may increase unless otherwise agreed. 

Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking, with all payments forfeited. 

Payment Methods 

Payments may be made by debit card, credit card, bank transfer, or cash. No additional fees are charged for bank transfer or cash payments. Payment is deemed received once funds have cleared into our account. 

Pricing Adjustments 

Prices quoted are accurate at the time of enquiry but may change prior to booking confirmation due to unforeseen circumstances. Once confirmed in writing, prices are fixed except for changes in VAT or government-imposed charges. 

Final Sale & No-Refund Policy 

All bookings made with Spartacus Bubble Soccer are final. 

    ● All deposits are non-refundable. 

    ● Once any payment is made — including deposits, partial payments, or full balances — the sale is final. 

    ● Payments made early, on time, or after the due date are all treated equally and remain non-refundable. 

    ● The timing of payment does not affect refund eligibility. 

Once payment is made, SBS commits to fixed and non-recoverable costs including venue hire, staffing, logistics, administration, and supplier commitments. 

No refunds will be issued once any payment has been made, except where required by law. 

By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that SBS operates a strict no-refund policy. 

Client Area / My Events

The Lead Booker is responsible for managing the booking and ensuring payments are completed by the stated deadlines. Failure to do so may result in cancellation with all payments forfeited. 

Changes & Rescheduling (By You) 

Requests to change an event date and/or time may be considered but are not guaranteed.

    ● All changes are subject to availability

    ● Administrative fees may apply

    ● Any supplier cost increases or price differences must be paid by the Lead Booker

    ● A rescheduled booking remains subject to the original payment terms

    ● No refunds will be issued following rescheduling 

SBS reserves the right to refuse rescheduling requests due to operational or supplier constraints. 

Extreme Weather & Force Majeure 

SBS is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by Force Majeure events including extreme weather, flooding, storms, government restrictions, supplier closures, strikes, or emergencies. 

    ● No refunds will be issued due to weather or Force Majeure 

    ● Where possible, an alternative date will be offered 

    ● If rescheduling is not possible, a credit voucher may be issued at SBS’s discretion, valid for a minimum of 12 months 

    ● Decisions to postpone, reschedule, or cancel rest with SBS and/or the supplier, prioritising safety 

Cancellations by You

    ● More than 28 days before the event: 

Deposit retained. No further charges. 

    ● Within 28 days of the event: 

Full event cost payable and non-refundable. 

    ● After full payment (at any time): 

No refunds will be issued. 

Behaviour, Safety & Substance Policy 

All participants must behave responsibly and follow all instructions. SBS reserves the right to remove any participant deemed unsafe or disruptive without refund. 

Alcohol or drug use before or during activities is strictly prohibited. Breach of this policy will result in immediate removal without refund. 

Health, Fitness & Risk Acknowledgement 

Participants must assess their own fitness and disclose any medical conditions. Some activities are physically demanding and inherently risky. Participation is entirely at your own risk. 

Insurance 

We strongly recommend comprehensive personal insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and activity participation. 

Our Liability 

SBS will not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to twice the booking value (excluding insurance and amendment charges). 

Complaints Policy

Issues must be reported immediately. Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the event’s conclusion. 

Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. 

Email Communications 

By booking, you consent to receiving email communications relating to your event and promotional material. You may unsubscribe at any time.
